Dear Everyone,

This week has been pretty good!! We didn't have a lot happen but sometimes it's nice to have an uneventful week so you can catch up to it! (:

Last week I forgot to write that we had another lemonade stand! It was a lot of fun. We found that the people here don't really want the free lemonade but they are curious to see what papers and stuff we have out on the table. It works great for us!

This is the flower up close that matches S Christenson's shirt.
(The one she's wearing in the first picture.)
While contacting this week, we talked to this man who chatted with us for a long while. During the conversation, he said something about how one could work all day long but they could do nothing. And that we have to be doing things while working otherwise the working is in vain. I really liked that. I knew that before but it really hit me when he said it to us. It applies to everything in our lives. We can have a store open all day long but if we don't have any customers, if we don't do anything, there's no reason to be open. We can work all day long as missionaries but if we don't DO anything, it's pointless. If our hearts aren't in it, if we don't really want what we are doing, there's no point in keeping the "store" open.

I like the swimming pool stairs at the end of the dock.
We had visitors at church yesterday and there were some little kids who go up to bear their testimonies for fast and testimony meeting. Man, it was SO cute!!! It reminded me of my home ward. The kids can barely be seen over the podium, they grab the microphone and practically swallow it as they talk, and they say the cutest little testimony you've ever heard. It was lovely!!

This week the members from all the countries are on the annual temple trip!! This year they are going to the Bern, Switzerland temple!! We have quite a few going from our branch and I am so excited for them! Even a few going for their own endowments! Isn't that awesome?! I can't wait to hear all about it!

That's about it. I hope you all have a great week!

Love,
Sestra Locey
These two turtles live outside our apartment.
We named them Steve and Harold.
The one with the crack on his shell is Harold.

AN ADORABLE BABY TURTLE WE FOUND.

Look at this way cool flower we found!

The elders went to the American store
when they were in Zagreb and brought us treats. (:
