Hello everyone!

I don't have a lot of time. We were having issues with one of the computers. So I will touch briefly on two things.

First, there was a quote that we talked about in district meeting this past week that I really liked. It goes like this, "If you don't know what you learned, you didn't learn it." I really liked that because frequently I learn something and then promptly forget it. But I think to myself that I still learned it and that it's in my head somewhere. The discovery I came to is that I need to review the things that I have learned so that I actually know them. So that they aren't just floating around aimlessly in my head. And I know that when I truly learn it, it will stick and I will be able to recall it.

Second, we were contacting the other day and we were waiting at a light to cross the road. Sister Christenson said hi to this man next to us and we got talking. He switched over to English at some point. Sister Christenson was bearing her testimony about something and he interrupts her and says, "Woman shut up when I am talking" and says whatever it was that he wanted to say when he interrupted her. S Ch was very upset to say the least. She was very quiet the rest of the time and once we walked away, she expressed what she was feeling. It was the most angry I have ever seen her. Good news: we have moved on and all is well!

That's all for today. Sorry.

I love you all!

Love,
Sestra Locey
Sister Rothey made us these way cute wash cloths!! S Ch's is blue.
We were at a member's house and she had these
ADORABLE kittens. Holy cow they were so so cute.

We went to a snake thing today. Warn whoever reads the blog that if they don't like snakes, to not look at the pictures... (:
These baby snakes are SO CUTE. But the guy warned me to not put my fingers too close! (:
(I am including only two pictures of snakes--she sent me TWELVE. I'm not including the picture of the bin of baby snakes that she referred to above. Don't look past this point if you don't like snakes! (:  )

We befriended the owner of the snakes (one guy owns them all!!)
and he let us hold this one. He let us go behind some of the
ropes to get a closer look at some of the other snakes.
I was mostly indifferent to snakes before but after today
I think they are awesome!

I really like the green one.
