Mostar bridge
Dear all,

I have a daunting task of writing a lot to make up for last week, and I don't have a huge desire to do it! We will see how this email goes!! Sorry in advance..

Okay so we went to Zagreb for our zone conference. On our way there, we had to take a two-hour detour because they closed the border until three pm that day. Why? We still aren't sure.

The conference was great, and we learned a lot. We went caroling after and it was fun!! AND. For a Christmas present, we got HYMN BOOKS!!!! It was beautiful!! I love it!! It is one of my most favorite presents. We spent the night in the mission home, and it was a lot of fun!

Christmas was absolutely fantastic. We went to the Woods' house Christmas Eve and enjoyed a meal and games with them. Then we played Risk until late hours of the night. We weren't able to attend midnight mass, so we did that instead! Christmas Day we had church, and it was wonderful! Sister Rougeau and I sang, and we had lots of music and I loved it! Then the Tuzla elders joined us for the rest of the celebrations. It was a lot of fun! We played games and ate food, and the company was wonderful.

I Skyped with my family, and it was absolutely fantastic. And I was able to talk to Abby too! It was the best Christmas present ever. It even surpasses the Croatian Hymn Book I got for Christmas!

Monday we went to Mostar. And it was AWESOME. We went to the Durvish house right outside of Mostar and it is BEAUTIFUL. SO COOL. And Mostar is awesome. I will send lots of pictures.

After Mostar, S Rougeau got sick, so we didn't do a whole lot else.

I know I have said this before, but I just have to say I love blessings so much and I love that I have people all around me here who are worthy priesthood holders and can give us blessings anytime we need them.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I hope you all enjoyed all of your festivities! Don't forget to make and follow through on your New Year's resolutions!

I love you all!

Love,
