Sestra Locey: Week Eight--Saturday, August 6, 2016

Hello friends,

I think things here are slowing down. I don't feel like I have a lot to say.

Because we are sister training leaders we have to do things like conduct Relief Society. I now know sort of how Dad feels when he used to conduct Sacrament Meeting. It is kinda scary.

OH! Last Sunday the musical number was amazing. An elder played the clarinet and a sister sang. Oh my it was one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard.

Last Saturday was Sister Tucker's (our teacher) last day. It was very sad but I managed to not cry! I just didn't think about it. Brat McCallister's last day is soon too. But we will still have Sister Vukorepa and Watts here.

I played Australian handball for the first time this week and it's pretty fun! I am really not very good at it, but I like it a lot! (There's an Australian in our zone who taught us how to play.)

I had a dream last night about coming back to the MTC or being in the MTC or something, and when I woke up I was pretty confused for a minute before I realized that I am still in the MTC and I haven't left yet.

We met some sisters who are going to the Adriatic South Mission today. They are so cute! They got here a little over a week ago. They have a long way to go.

This letter makes it sound like I am ready to leave the MTC. Well, I am. It has been wonderful here but I cannot wait to get to Croatia!!! We are jako JAKO (very very) EXCITED!! AH.

SLC (8:22 am) to Chicago (12:38 pm) (15 Aug)

Chicago (4 pm 15 Aug) to Frankfurt (7:15 am 16 Aug)

Frankfurt (10:05 am) to Zagreb (11:30 am) (16 Aug)

We are getting ready to go! It's crazy that this is really happening. I feel so not ready, but I know I have some help from above so I'm not too concerned. (:
