First Week in the Mission

Hello!

I am in Sarajevo in BiH. I love it here! My new companion is very nice. I like her a lot. Her name is Sister Anjewierden.

We got to Croatia. I stayed up for like 36 hours straight. Slept not enough. Sat through meetings. Drove 7 HOURS to get to Sarajevo. Went to bed late (because we got home late). And got up and got going. I am still exhausted and that was a long time ago.

This place is SO COOL. I love it!

We had 9 people at church yesterday. We did not have our branch president. He is out of town. He has a family of like 5 though or something. We did have two of the three members there. One member was baptized last week. We had the missionaries (obviously we were there). We had two visitors (back packing around Europe, from Germany). And we had an investigator who comes frequently. Church lasted 1 1/2 hours. It normally lasts two. It was awesome. SO COOL.
And the member who was baptized last week was confirmed yesterday! It was way cool.

I love our Elders; Elder Parkinson and Elder Rasmussen. E. Parkinson is from my home stake.

I will try to be more organized with my things next week and hopefully there will be more stories.

I love you all!

Love,
