Opening the Call--January 23, 2016

We had to have her repeat the name of the mission, and then we had to look it up! The Adriatic North Mission has been in existence since June, 2011 and comprises the countries of Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. These were all part of the country of Yugoslavia.

We have since learned that she won't serve in Slovenia (missionaries are called to serve specifically in Slovenia and won't serve anywhere but there, and she was not called there) or Montenegro (there are no sister missionaries currently serving in this country). So, that takes the language possibilities down from five to three. She is learning Croatian and Serbian in the Provo MTC.
